Data confidentiality and privacy protection is a priority for us. Out of concern for the security of the data of the users of the Service (hereinafter: "Users") and respecting the applicable provisions of law , including in particular the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "RODO"), ADEKO has established a privacy policy defining the rules concerning the manner of collecting, processing and using the personal data of the Users of the Service (hereinafter: "Policy").I. Personal data - any information about an identified or identifiable natural person who can be identified on the basis of one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, including - if the data allows for the identification of the User - the device's IP address, location data, Internet identifier, or information collected through cookies and other similar technologies,
  3. Privacy Policy - this Privacy Policy;
  4. RODO (GDPR) - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation),
  5. Service - the website operated by the Administrator, operating in the domains of https://adeko.kids/
  6. Cookies - means small text files stored on the User's telecommunication end device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) during use of the Website, enabling the storage and retrieval of information, which the Administrator or other entities providing services to the Administrator use for various purposes (e.g. analytical or statistical purposes),
  7. User - any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more services or functionalities of the Website, to whom services may be provided electronically or with whom an agreement for provision of services electronically may be concluded, in accordance with the Terms of Service,

II. PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of personal data of the Service Users is ADEKO Kocur Spółka Komandytowa.

III. PURPOSES AND GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

To deal with complaints, claims, requests etc. The processing of personal data is also necessary for the purpose of dealing with complaints, grievances, requests etc. In this case, the processing includes:The legal basis for the processing is, depending on the type of request:The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the handling of complaints and complaints and requests etc.The Administrator processes personal data also for the fulfilment of the Administrator's secondary purposes in the form of:

    o in other cases - the fulfilment of the Administrator's legitimate interest, in particular the provision of high quality services.
    o Data enabling the identification of the person making the complaint, e.g. name, email address, telephone number, traditional address, signature,
    o case identifier in the internal system of the Administrator and data describing the subject of the complaint or request,
    o data describing the way the case is handled, including correspondence with the data subject,
    o in the case of a telephone call, voice is also processed.

IV. Transfer of data to countries outside the EEA

In connection with the use of the Website, there may be a transfer of the Customer's personal data outside the EEA in connection with the use of Google and Facebook tools, in particular to the United States. The Administrator, when implementing the tools on the website or using the services of suppliers, shall always make sure that any transfer of personal data to a third country or to a recipient in such a country guarantees the necessary adequate level of data protection, in particular by

  • cooperating with processors of personal data in countries for which a relevant decision of the European Commission has been issued,
  • the use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission,
  • application of binding corporate rules approved by the competent supervisory authority. Such criteria are met for the aforementioned tools. The client has the possibility to obtain a copy of this data.

V. Period of data processing

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the purposes of the processing, in particular:

  • for the duration of the performance of the contract, and thereafter for the period required by law or the period for the assertion of any contractual claims;
  • with regard to the fulfilment of legal obligations, for the period indicated by law;
  • with regard to marketing carried out on the basis of consent - until its withdrawal;
  • for the time necessary for fulfilling legitimate interests of ADEKO.

VI. Recipients of personal data

Depending on the services and activities performed, Users' personal data may be transferred to:

  1. ADEKO's authorised employees,
  2. entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator, i.e. among others:
    • IT service providers;
    • entities providing advisory services, including accounting services;
    • entities cooperating with ADEKO,
  3. entities processing personal data on their own behalf, i.e. e.g:
    • entities conducting payment activities,
    • entities running postal or courier services;
    • entities providing telecommunication services.

VII. Rights in relation to the processing of personal data

  1. Users have the right to:
    • request access to their personal data (Article 15 RODO) - the User may exercise this right if they want to know what data is being processed,
    • to rectify their personal data (Article 16 RODO) - if an error has occurred or the data has changed during data collection, the User has the right to provide correct and up-to-date data and the Administrator will have to rectify or update it,
    • erasure of personal data (Article 17 RODO) - if the User considers that the data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected, the User has the right to request the Administrator to erase the data,
    • restriction of processing (Art. 18 RODO) - if the User has doubts as to whether the Administrator is processing the personal data correctly, the User may request a restriction of processing,
    • data portability (Art. 20 RODO) - the User may receive and transfer from the Administrator to another entity the personal data provided to the Administrator,
    • to the extent that the processing of personal data is based on consent, to withdraw at any time the consent previously given for the processing of personal data (Article 7 RODO),
    • to object to the processing of personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, on grounds relating to your particular situation, and to object to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing (Article 21 RODO),
    • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
  2. In order to consider a request to exercise the above-mentioned rights, a relevant statement should be submitted to the following e-mail address: biuro@adeko.kids, or by post to the address of ADEKO's registered office; in addition, the Administrator is entitled to verify the User's identity, which prevents the User's information from being made available to unauthorised persons,
  3. The User may lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of personal data to a supervisory body dealing with personal data protection. In the Republic of Poland, such supervisory authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

VIII. Voluntariness of providing personal data

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but in some cases necessary, e.g. if you wish to use ADEKO's services or if you are contacted via the contact form on the website.

IX. Activity on the site

ADEKO informs that from the moment of the User's connection with the service, information about the number (including IP address or MSISDN number) and type of the end device from which the User connects to the service appears in the system logs of this service. ADEKO will process, in accordance with the provisions of the law, also this data and data concerning the time of your connection with the service and other exploitation data concerning activity in the service.
